This challenge can be tackled from various ankles and perspective. Products around media production, content creation, fan engagement as well as VR, AI, and other emerging technologies.

We are focusing on positive environmental and social impact while hosting the best handball in Europe.

Help us finding solutions to increase our positive contribution and create long lasting benefits for all our EHF Champions League host-cities.

Solutions that either help reducing carbon emissions or wasting resources are wanted as well as initiatives and ideas to actively create positive impact within the topics gender equality, inclusivity, and health.

The EHF Club Competitions are home most genius players in handball. We are looking for commercial ideas so bright and innovative, we could not even put them into a category.

The challenge field is wide open. Every idea that enables the EHF Club competitions to create the most exciting and engaging events is wanted.

The EHF Champions League was introduced in 1993 and is the most important club handball competition for men's and women’s teams in Europe and involves the leading teams from the top European nations. Since the 2009/10 season the semi-finals and final of the EHF Champions League are played over the course of one weekend. The EHF FINAL4 Men is held in the LANXESS arena in Cologne and the EHF FINAL4 Women in the MVM Dome in Budapest.

The TruckScout24 EHF FINAL4 2023 was the undisputed highlight of European club handball with millions of spectators watching the thrilling games live and in front of the screen. Over the weekend of 17/18 June, SC Magdeburg made history with winning the Champions League title after 21 years against Barlinek Industria Kielce in front of 19.750 spectators in the LANXESS arena.

The European Handball Talks 2023 were part of the “EHF FINAL 4 Business Weekend” the prestigious business event held in the Flora Köln on Friday & Saturday. It offered the opportunity to listen to exclusive presentations by top speakers and also a platform to network with numerous supreme people of the sports community. The main focus of the speakers were different topics of relevance in the current sports business world and beyond. For each session 185 guests attended our business event.

The Business Weekend also includes the Business Reception, where EHT attendees and VIP gathered for starting the weekend on Friday evening.
