Qualification round 2 will see nine two-legged ties decide the remaining places in qualification round 3, where 24 teams will vie for the 12 group phase positions still outstanding.
The EHF European Cup Women winners of 2023/24, Spain's (ESP) Atticgo Bm Elche, are making the step up to the EHF European League this season and begin their campaign in qualification round 3 against former EHF Champions League participants HC Lokomotiva Zagreb.
Two of the four teams from the EHF Finals Women 2024 will be entering at the group phase this time; (ROU) Dunarea Braila H.C. and (FRA) Neptunes De Nantes HB.
Qualification round two begins with the first legs on 5/6 October 2024 before the return legs on 12/13 October. 9/10 November is the scheduled date of the qualification round 3 first legs, ahead of the second legs on 16/17 November.
The group phase will begin in January 2025.
