Referees nominated for Women's EHF EURO 2026

The European Handball Federation has nominated the referee pairs for the upcoming Women's EHF EURO 2026 in Poland, Romania, Czechia, Slovakia and Türkiye (3 – 20 December). There are 16 pairs currently nominated for the final tournament. On their way to the Women’s EHF EURO 2026, these will gather in Vienna for a preparatory seminar from 11 to 13 September.

The pairs nominated are:

  • Titouan Picard / Pierre Vauchez (FRA)
  • Ramesh Thiyagarajah / Suresh Thiyagarajah (GER)
  • Zsofia Marton / Rita Dane (HUN)
  • Andrea Alejandra Pepe (ITA) / Simona Raluca Stancu (ROU)
  • Tomas Barysas / Povilas Petrusis (LTU)
  • Igor Covalciuc / Alexei Covalciuc (MDA)
  • Danielo Bozhinovski / Viktor Nachevski (MKD)
  • William Weijmans / Rick Wolbertus (NED)
  • Mads Dahlby Fremstad / Jorgen Jorstad (NOR)
  • Malgorzata Lidacka / Urszula Lesiak (POL)
  • Daniel Accoto Martins / Roberto Accoto Martins (POR)
  • Georgiana Murariu / Mihaela Chiruta (ROU)
  • Ozren Backovic / Mirko Palackovic (SLO)
  • Vanja Antic / Jelena Jakovljevic (SRB)
  • Barbora Bocakova / Lucia Janosikova (SVK)

The current list consists of 16 pairs, even though 18 pairs are foreseen to be nominated for the Women's EHF EURO 2026. Two pairs will therefore be nominated at a later point of time.
