Ticket holders that bought their VELUX EHF FINAL4 2020 tickets via official sales channels can claim a refund as follows:
- Download the form in the download section below: VF420_Ticket_Refund_Form_LANXESSarena
- Fill out this form digitally or in readable handwriting (mandatory for the refund, only official forms will be accepted)
- Send this form AND your ORIGINAL VELUX EHF FINAL4 2020 tickets to the following address:

It is highly recommended to send your tickets inscribed/with tracking
- The tickets will be checked for authenticity
- The refund will be transferred to the stated bank account by LANXESS arena
