Three more minutes and the situation is the same, with Slovenia leading by ten goals (28:18). It's going to be the second straight loss for Italy, after the opening match against France on Wednesday.
19:14
Heading into the final ten minutes of the game, Italy must act now if they want to keep up the hopes for points. Slovenia lead 24:13 and benefit from the wonderful performances of their goalkeepers Amra Pandžic (65,38 per cent efficiency) and Maja Vojnovic.
19:00
The match resumes in Italy, where the home team is struggling to find a way to narrow the gap to Slovenia. At the moment, the visitors are eight goals ahead (17:9).
18:49
With goals like this, no wonder Hungary relied heavily on Katrin Klujber (9 goals out of 11 shots) and Kinga Debreczeni-Klivinyi (6/10) for their win today.

18:20
It's 30:26 for the guests, as Austria can't seem to find a way to stop the Hungarian attack. Katarina Pandza has definitely made an impression today, scoring 11 goals so far, but despite her best efforts a win at home seems difficult. Ten minutes to go!
18:06 | FULL-TIME
TÜRKIYE – SERBIA 29:29 (18:16)
18:01

FAROE ISLANDS – ICELAND 23:28 (12:11)

With just a few minutes away from the end of the matches, Montenegro and Sweden lead by double-digits. Iceland are four goals ahead of Faroe Islands (26:22), while Portugal and Czech Republic still fight for the lead.
17:21
Meanwhile, it's a game with ups and downs in Portugal. After making a comeback and being two goals ahead, the hosts are once again on the same level as Czech Republic (22:22).
17:15
The atmosphere is amazing in Austria, where the score is 8:6 at the moment, after ten minutes. Both teams look motivated, but can the hosts keep up the pace? It will be a tough mission.

Almost ten minutes since the 16:00 CEST matches started, and Iceland, Sweden and Montenegro all took early leads. Portugal wish for a victory today on home court, but Czech Republic is putting on a great performance in attack and defence so far.
In Lithuania, the guests can't seem to increase the rhythm enough to widen the gap.
16:02
Good start of the second half for Lithuania, who manage to eliminate the goal difference and have a chance to get the lead. Current score is 18:18.

Welcome to the live coverage of the remaining matches in round 2 of the Women's EHF EURO 2024 Qualifiers and Women's EHF EURO Cup 2024!
On the opening day of the round, we saw France take a record-breaking win against Latvia (55:8), while Croatia managed a clear win (31:17) against neighbours Bosnia Herzegovina. Four other teams (Netherlands, Spain, Romania and Denmark) lived up to the expectation and grabbed two more crucial points in their journey towards the final tournament. Norway put on a great performance on home court to establish themselves as leaders in the EHF EURO Cup.
So what can we expect for Sunday? Lithuania and North Macedonia open the day at 15:00 CEST, but the schedule is getting busier later on as we have four simultaneous games starting at 16:00 CEST. Towards the end of the day, all eyes will be set on the Highlight Match between Austria and Hungary, as the hosts hope to overcome the previous meetings between the two sides and finally get a win. We’ll close the Sunday watching the action unfold in group 4, as Italy aim to improve their previous performance and give the Slovenian visitors a difficult time.

22:10
The start of round 2 in the Women's EHF EURO Qualifiers is behind us as six matches were played today and the visitors leave victorious in each and every one of them with the Netherlands, Spain, France, Romania, Croatia and Denmark celebrating wins.
The story of the day goes to France who scored sky-high 55 goals at Latvia and set a new record for their biggest ever win, while a mention deserve the fans who built an amazing atmosphere in Bosnia and Herzegovina too and stayed behind the national team despite the big loss. Finally, Denmark moved ever closer to clinching berth at the major tournament next year after their huge win in Prishtina against Kosovo.
21:55
Bosnia and Herzegovina may have lost, but Ana Vrancic may have scored the goal of the day with her perfect lob against Croatia, a thing of beauty isn't it?

21:30
Full-time in Cazin as Croatia celebrate a huge win (31-17) against Bosnia and Herzegovina and follow Romania's footsteps in group 1 with perfect record and four points. The hosts displayed a decent performance, but Croatia proved too good for them, kudos to the fans for the amazing atmosphere though!

If there was an award called 'Fans of the day' it would have definitely went to the Bosnian fans in Cazin as they are providing great support from the stands to the national team, but unfortunately for them, Croatia are taking a six-goal lead (6-12) at half-time.
20:35
Denmark are maintaining the lead in Prishtina as the visitors hold three-goal lead and it's 11-8.
20:30
Bosnia and Herzegovina aren't making the most out of Anica Gudelj's heroics in goal as their attack is missing too many chances and Croatia are ahead by six goals in the 23rd minute.
20:25
Denmark take a three-goal lead early at the start of the match in Prishtina as they lead with 5-2 against Kosovo.
20:18
It's not going well for Bosnia and Herzegovina as Croatia's goalkeeper, Tea Pijevic is gaining confidence with each save and the hosts are becoming idealess in front of the goal, while the visitors lead with 8-2 in Cazin.
20:15
Bosnia and Herzegovina may have scored the opening goal, but the hosts haven't scored since as Croatia are making the most out of every chance and they have gained a five-goal lead (6-1) in the opening 10 minutes of the match.

Romania are on course to win in Kozani and they are leading (29-18) with around ten minutes to go until the final whistle, Elena Dinca is on fire as she scores her fourth goal of the day.

16:48
Unreal first half by France in Dobele as they have scored sky-high 26 goals and conceded only once. Yes, you have read that right, Latvia scored only one goal from their 17 attempts.
France's goalkeeper - Laura Glauser made nine saves and has a save efficiency of 90 percent!

15:38
Spain are taking an eight-goal lead at the break in Baku, but one can definitely argue that Azerbaijan had definitely surpassed the expectations as they have already scored more (12) goals than in any of the half against the Macedonian national team in round 1.
