Salvador: “I have grown a lot as team captain, but I won’t stop here”
We need to go back to the 2019/20 season to see Sporting CP’s last appearance in the EHF Champions League. In 2024/25, the "Lions" are back in the biggest club competition in European handball and the excitement is high at João Rocha Pavilion. The Portuguese club have a tremendous desire for the show to begin.
I was still a project player when [coach] Ricardo arrived at Sporting CP and now I am completely different and I have grown a lot as team captain. But I will not stop here. I really want to continue helping Sporting CP and grow as an athlete and as a person.
