European champions France make it two out of two
France delivered a good performance on both ends of the court to extend their winning streak in the EHF EURO Cup 2026 to two matches, beating Norway 31:27.
This was fun. A good atmosphere in the arena, and it was a nice experience to get my first start in front of this crowd. They gave us a lot of energy. I feel a little bit drained now, a lot of adrenaline ran through my body during the match, but it was really exciting. It gives me a lot of experience to play matches like this against an opponent like France.
We had many favourable situations but we gave Norway the chance to take the lead and to dominate the score. It was a tough game. We gradually took the lead to dominate the second half in particular. The rotations from the bench added value and wore down this young Norwegian team.
