ebt Finals 2025, Trapani (ITA) – 5-8 June 2025
The ebt Finals are returning to the Italian island for the first time since the ebt Finals 2022 in Isola delle Femmine, Palermo.
But Italy's association with the event and beach handball as a whole extends much further back, as the first ever edition of the ebt Finals was held in Salerno back in 2004, while the country has twice hosted the EHF Beach Handball Championships.
The 2024 edition was hosted in Lacanau, France, where a total of 28 teams from 13 countries contested the men's and women's competitions.
Four days of thrilling, breathtaking beach handball from some of the world's best players culminated with Portugal's Escola de Formação de Espinho - Os Tigres / LEVEL taking the men's title, and CBMP Ciudad de Málaga of Spain winning the women's competition.
