EHF Marketing (EHFM), the marketing arm of the European Handball Federation (EHF), has announced that Winamax will continue its partnership with the EHF Champions League Men until the 2027/28 season, following a successful first season as an Official Partner in the 2025/26 campaign.

The renewed agreement again covers two key handball markets, Germany and France, as six clubs from the two countries compete in the expanded 24-team format of the premium competition.

The French betting provider first entered European club handball as an Event Partner at the TruckScout24 EHF FINAL4 2025, before extending its involvement to the Machineseeker EHF Champions League in Germany and France for 2025/26.

Throughout the upcoming season, Winamax will continue to benefit from prominent brand visibility across EHF Champions League Men matches in both markets, including integration in key on-site assets. The partnership combines strong brand visibility with fan-focused activation, offering Winamax opportunities to engage audiences beyond traditional sponsorship exposure.

During the 2025/26 season, Winamax demonstrated an innovative approach to fan engagement, using digital activation to bring fans closer to the competition. The Winamax Wheel of Fortune allowed supporters to digitally spin a wheel and win prizes, including tickets to EHF Champions League matches, creating an interactive touchpoint between the brand, the competition and the fans, beyond traditional brand visibility.

At the TruckScout24 EHF FINAL4 2026, Winamax introduced a giant handball darts activation, connecting handball with another sport in which the company is active, further enhancing the fan experience at the pinnacle event.

Building on the first full season of collaboration, Winamax and EHFM will continue to develop fan-centred activations around the EHF Champions League Men 2026/27, strengthening the competition's connection to supporters in Germany and France.

The continuation of the partnership underlines Winamax's long-term commitment to European club handball and provides EHFM with continuity alongside an established partner in two important markets.

Winamax is a European betting provider known for its innovative and entertaining product portfolio, and the company is the market leader in its sector (betting and poker) in France.

Winamax is consistently committed to the protection of minors and combating gambling addiction.
