VELUX EHF FINAL4 2020

How does the COVID-19 situation affect the VELUX EHF FINAL4 2020?

The VELUX EHF FINAL 2020 which was scheduled on 30/31 May 2020 has been postponed and will now take place on 28/29 December 2020.

What happens with already purchased tickets?

Tickets will be valid for the postponed event in December (28/29 December 2020). For further information, please consult www.ehfFINAL4.eurohandball.com.

General

Where and when will the EHF FINAL4 Men 2021 take place?

The EHF FINAL4 Men 2021 will take place at the LANXESS arena in Cologne, Germany, on 12/13 June 2021.

Where and how can I buy my ticket?

When will I know the match schedule?

The Semi-finals will be played on Saturday, 12 June and the 3/4 Placement match and the Final will be held on Sunday, 13 June. The schedules will be published on our website and social media once they are defined.

Do I need to buy a ticket for my child?

Children under 5 years can attend the event without a ticket as long as they can sit on the lap of the responsible supervisor.

Can I buy tickets that include travel and hotel stay?

The ticket sale for the EHF FINAL4 Men 2021 is not open yet. Once the sale opens, you can purchase our official ticket and travel partner sell packages for the event including hotel and travel. You can find the information using the following link.

Are there tickets for people with reduced mobility?

Access to the LANXESS arena

What are the options to access the event with public transport?

Tram lines 1, 3, 4, 9 and bus lines 150, 151, 153, 170, 250 and 260 all stop at the stations Bahnhof Deutz / Messe, Köln-Deutz or Deutz-Kalker. Your ticket is valid for local travel in Cologne on both match days.

Is there a parking area at the venue?

LANXESS arena's car parks P1-P4 are sign posted. You can access them via Opladener Strasse through the LANXESS arena tunnel. More information about the LANXESS arena: www.lanxess-arena.de.

Where is the entrance for the general public?

The access to the fan areas is via entrance south, west or north. LANXESS arena address: Willy-Brandt-Platz 3, 50679 Cologne, Germany. If you have VIP Tickets, please check the VIP Tickets section for your access.

When can I enter the LANXESS arena on Saturday/Sunday?

The schedules will be published on our website and social media once they are defined.

Is it possible to leave the venue and have another person with the same entrance re-enter?

Yes, it is possible. Tickets are checked in and out each time leaving the venue.

Will there be lockers/cloak rooms to leave personal items?

No, due to security reasons there are no storage rooms available. The closest storage is located at the train station Köln Messe. Please keep in mind that you cannot bring items larger than A4 format into the LANXESS arena.

Can I bring a camera to take pictures or videos of the event?

Professional cameras with zoom function are not allowed. You can take pictures with your phone or tablet. Please make sure to use the official hashtag #ehffinal4 when you post on social media.

Can I bring drinks and food into the event area?

No, you cannot bring your own food or drinks. Excluded are medical necessities or baby food.

Is there a smoking area?

Yes, you can smoke outside of the LANXESS arena in the fan village.

Can I get into the fan village if I do not have a ticket to watch the games?

On Saturday and Sunday, the Fan Village is exclusively accessible for fans with tickets to the matches. On Friday it is possible to access by buying a ticket for the Opening Party.

Can I return or exchange my tickets?

No, once a purchase is completed, tickets cannot be returned.

Can I sell my tickets to a resale ticketing service?

No, tickets purchased at non-official platforms will not be considered as valid, and therefore will not grant access to the event. It is strongly advised not to buy tickets via non-official platforms.

 

VIP and Hospitality

What is Official VIP & Hospitality?

Official Hospitality is the combination of a match ticket and a catering service, along with some more premium services. To know more about our VIP & Hospitality products, click here.

What can I do with an Official VIP & Hospitality package?

All our products can be used to invite guests (e.g. relative, close friend, employee, colleague, business client, etc.) to see the match with you. You and your guests are not permitted to resell the tickets or to use them as part of a lottery or prize for a competition.

Do you also provide travel and accommodation services?

No, EHFM does not provide such services.

I am accompanying a group. Can I get and accreditation/working pass?

No, we do not provide accreditations/working-pass for this purpose. You will need to use one ticket for this purpose.

Do I need to provide the contact details of my guest?

The data of your guests will be required through an email, approximately two months before the event. In that email, we will provide you instructions to do so, and a link that will take you directly to the registration platform.

Do VIP clients have a dedicated access to the arena?

Yes, all our VIP & Hospitality products have a different access than the general public. “Clubeingang Ost” entrance is the main VIP entrance. You can also access the LANXESS arena via the VIP parking.

How can I buy VIP & Hospitality products?

You will receive a personalized service throughout the entire purchase process by contacting us via ehfFINAL4@ehfmarketing.com or +43 1 80 151 216. The purchase will be made through bank transfer and you will receive an invoice for it.

Can I pick the location of the seat?

The organization accomplishes this task, always ensuring that groups are seated together.

How and when will I get my VIP Tickets?

There are two ways of distribution. At the time of purchase you will be asked which option is best for you:

        • Via regular mail. VIP Tickets arrive approximately one month before the event.
        • Via pick up on-site. VIP Tickets can be picked up on-site at the VIP Gate on the days of the event.

If I have requested to pick up my VIP Tickets/Suites Tickets on-site at the event, where should I go? What is the pick-up schedule?

VIP Tickets can be picked up at the VIP Gate, which can be accessed via Gummersbacher Straße. The schedule will be available at a later date. 

Do I have parking access with the purchase of VIP products?

For the purchase of your VIP products you have the right to park in the venue, under strict request and until capacity is exhausted.

When does the VIP Area open?

An hour and a half before the first game.

When does the VIP Area close after the last match?

One hour after the end of the last match.
